Are there many properties with a garden left in Malta?

There is something inexplicably comforting about having your own garden. And it’s not just about doing a spot of gardening on the weekend, which apparently greatly reduces stress according to a new study done in Holland, there is actually more to it.

Looking outside and seeing life just happening. Nature doing its thing, grass growing, flowers blossoming and bees flying around.

Unfortunately, there are far less properties in Malta with a garden compared to say 50 years ago. That’s all very understandable considering the boom of property development and switching from traditional houses and villas to blocks of flats.

Undoubtedly, this trend is unlikly to change in the near future and finding a property for sale in Malta with a garden will become harder and harder task with time.
